We make this sauce for going on our deep fried spuds. We buy lime pickle from the corner shop, get whichever one is your favourite, put it in a blender and blitz it until it’s smooth. Then mix it into low fat yoghurt. We use low fat yoghurt for this because it’s much runnier than full fat so it coats the spuds better.
