Yuzu mayo

Mayo-san, what an honour to welcome you to our sandwich. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that is somewhere on the spectrum between grapefruit and mandarin. It is pricey, mind, so only lean towards this guy if you’re freaking loaded or if someone else is paying. You can find the juice in little bottles on the internet and in some supermarkets.
