Malt vinegar mayo

This is one of the great mayonnaises and what we use in the Ham, Egg ‘n’ Chips sandwich. It is as sharp as a genital put-down and as addictive as poppers. Got a sandwich with rich, fatty hot meat in it? This mayo is your guy. Simply replace the lemon juice and regular vinegar in the Perfect Mayonnaise recipe with malt vinegar. You are welcome.
