White Domecap Lyophyllum connatum (Schumach.) Singer syn. Clitocybe connata (Schumach.) Gillet (illustrated 45% life size) Cap 3–7cm across, margin often wavy; pure white. Stem 30–60×8–15mm, tapering towards the base; white. Flesh white, gradually becoming violet with iron salts. Gills slightly decurrent; white, gradually violet with iron salts. Spores 6–7×3.5–4¼. Spore print white. Habitat in dense tufts amongst grass in mixed woodland; autumn. Occasional. Unknown edibility.
