How to roll out wholewheat pastry

Place a piece of plastic wrap on the rolling surface roughly the size you want the pastry to be. Roll the pastry out on top of it, then pick up the plastic wrap base and carefully turn the pastry into the baking pan or pie dish. Make sure it is accurately positioned before peeling off the plastic wrap.
