Caraway

Thin crescent-shaped seeds with a strong, characteristic flavour that is not to everyone’s taste. Caraway is used in sauerkraut, bread, seed cake, cheese spreads and dips, sweet pickles, biscuits/cookies and buns. It is a popular feature of German and Austrian cooking.
