Paprika

A bleft red powder made from the powdered dry flesh of special varieties of capsicum peppers, both sweet and hot varieties are available. Traditionally used in Hungarian goulash, it is also used in cheese dishes, cocktail dips, dressings, sauces and soups, and makes an attractive garnish for eggs.
