Coriander
Often confused with some types of parsley, coriander leaves have a fresh, orangey taste and are an important ingredient of curries. They go especially well with green chilli peppers and form the basis of many Indian chutneys. They must be used fresh. Coriander is also available in seed form (See Spices, flavourings and seeds).
