Oregano

Closely related to marjoram, but more pungent, it is best known for its use in Italian dishes, especially pizzas. Oregano goes well with tomatoes, aubergines/eggplants, and courgettes zucchini. Oregano is one of the few herbs that is most frequently used dried.
