Kiwano

A vine fruit originating in tropical Africa, the kiwano is cucumber-like in shape. At its ripest it is orangey-yellow in colour with green pulp. It has a subtle taste of banana and lime and is delicious eaten chilled and raw on its own or added to fruit salad and drinks.
