Made from dried soya beans, this is used as a nutritious supplement to soups, cakes and bread. It is not used as a conventional flour.
  • High in fibre, protein, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamins B1, B2 and B 6.
