Yeast extract

Yeast extracts are very nutritious. They are used mostly in sandwich spreads, or hot savoury drinks, but are also used to flavour soups and stews.
  • Low-fat. High in protein, folic acid, vitamins B1, B6 and B12.

    Low-fat. High in protein, carbohydrate, calcium, phosphorus and iron.
