Ichimi Tōgarashi

This product contains only hot chili peppers, hence its name ichi (“one”) and mi (“flavor”). Do not confuse it with a similar product called shichimi, or “seven flavors.” Ichimi tōgarashi is sold in small tins and glass jars. Store it as you would salt or pepper.
