Maple syrup

Maple syrup is made from the sap of sugar maple trees and is mainly produced in Canada. It is golden brown in colour and has a delicate flavour. Maple syrup is the preferred topping for pancakes, waffles and French toast. It can also be used in a variety of baked goods.
