Spiralizer

Spiralizers create thin, pastalike strands of vegetables. Spiralizers generally come with multiple blades to adjust the style of the strands (thin, thick, flat, etc.). Vegetable noodles, such as zucchini noodles, make an excellent substitution for wheat noodles.
