  • About

  • Oats – grounding, support emotions and digestion, lower cholesterol I use this versatile grain for baking and desserts. Amazing for eczema: soak oats in warm water, then apply to affected area. They are also great for constipation.
  • Quinoa – balances blood sugar, can improve gut health An ancient seed from the Andes. It has a nutty flavour and is full of plant protein and fibre. It is called the holy seed and they say it has a universe inside, that it was gifted from the stars. Rinse before use to help remove any bitterness. Great for salads and soups. Can be used in offerings for ceremonies and rituals.
  • Rice – energy enhancer This ancient grain is gluten free and has been a dietary staple for many cultures around the world for thousands of years. It is used in ceremonies and rituals too. I use white rice more than brown because it cooks quicker, and I always try to buy organic rice.
