A thick, full-fat yoghurt, often strained (and what you may know as ‘Greek-style’ yoghurt) may appear at any meal of the day, in both sweet and savoury dishes. Kaymak is mostly paired with honey for breakfast, or topping sweets like knafeh, whereas the uses of feta-like cheese are almost unlimited.
