  • About
This is the ultimate finger or baby banana, and the most common. You can find these bananas from time to time in the produce departments of most major grocery stores. They should be eaten when the skin is just yellow and starting to develop a few brown flecks. They are great keepers, once ripe. The fingers are 3 to 4 inches (7.5 to 10 cm) long. The skin is thin and pale yellow.
