Baker’s chocolate

Another name for coating chocolate. Baker’s is also the brand name of a chocolate manufacturer that happens to sell unsweetened baking chocolate, so the name can be rather confusing. In a professional text or setting, the term baker’s chocolate means coating chocolate.
