  • About
Wild cranberry vines are indigenous to North America. Today, most of commercially grown cranberries come from Massachusetts. Cranberries are very tart and are almost always sweetened. They are used in tea cakes, muffins, sauces, and preserves. Their bright red color adds a festive touch to many holiday desserts. Fresh cranberries keep for weeks in the refrigerator and freeze very well with little loss of flavor or texture.
