  • About
Extracted from grape seeds, this oil usually has a slight grape flavor and fragrance. The majority comes from France, Italy, and Switzerland; it is also made in the United States. It has a relatively high smoke point and, as such, is a good choice for sautéing. With its relatively light flavor, it can be used in salad dressings.
