  • About

A peppery mint, one of the most pungent, and quite easily identified by its bright green lace-shaped leaves and stems tinged with purple. It is used for flavoring candies and in making crème de menthe. Peppermint owes its distinctive flavor to menthol, which leaves a fresh taste in the mouth.
