Nigella seed

Nigella seeds are tiny and black, with a nutty, spicy, peppery flavor. They are most commonly used in Indian and Middle Eastern cooking to flavor savory dishes and breads. They are sometimes mistakenly referred to as black cumin. Also known as black onion seeds.
