  • About
The folded protrusion, the navel, at the blossom end is the development of a secondary fruit at the end of the main fruit, which is the odd-looking top-shaped portion that is so evident both before and after peeling and separating the navel orange. As a group, these oranges are known for crisp, rich flavor and ease of peeling and separation.
