  • About

An oil made from peanuts that is widely used for cooking and deep-frying. Also known as groundnut oil. Peanut oil has a neutral flavor. The same oil can be reused for frying several times because the oil can withstand high temperatures without losing quality. Peanut oil is also used in canning as well as the manufacturing of margarine.
