  • About
Melted chocolate that has been thickened with the addition of a small amount of simple syrup or liqueur. The thicker consistency helps keep the chocolate in precise lines as it is piped out with a piping bag for making figurines, writing a message on a cake, decorating the tops of pastries, or streaking.
