  • About

Edible silver powder is made from pure silver that is ground into dust. Silver powder has no flavor. It is used to decorate desserts, pastries, and confections. It is very lightweight and, just like gold powder, has a tendency to fly with the slightest breeze. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
