  • About

A popular raw cane sugar native to the Demerara region of Guyana. The light brown, dry sugar has coarse crystals that dissolve slowly. Because of this, it is a popular additive for sweetening hot cereal and coffee and for sprinkling on top of baked goods to add texture. Commonly used much like turbinado sugar.
