  • About
An alcoholic beverage made from distilled grain, usually rye, corn, wheat, or barley. Different styles are produced depending on the grain used and where it was grown, how it is processed, and how long the final product is aged. Bourbon, rye, and scotch all fall under the whiskey classification, as do, of course, the popular Canadian and Irish whiskeys.
