  • About
A stainless steel frame made to fit within standard-size full- or half-sheet pans. The frames are 2 inches (5 cm) tall, whereas sheet pans have sides 1 inch (2.5 cm) high. Placing the frame on top of the sheet pan allows the pan to be used to bake taller cakes or mold taller products than would be possible without it.
