These stamps are also called silicone presses. They are two-piece rubber molds with a concave pattern on one piece and convex pattern on the other. The molds are most often made with a leaf or flower design. A small portion of marzipan, modeling chocolate, pulled sugar, or rolled fondant is firmly pressed between the two pieces to produce a three-dimensional decoration.
