Turning spatula

Turning spatulas have offset blades that are much shorter and wider than those of flexible spatulas. The blades are made from stainless steel or steel coated with a nonstick material, and they may be slotted. This type of spatula is used for transferring baked cookies from a sheet pan, for example.
