Apricot Thumbprint Cookies

Apricot jam is my favorite for any sort of cookie or bar featuring jam. I like the Almond Brutti ma Buoni cookies as thumbprint cookies. Scoop a ball, push your thumb into it, bake halfway, then spoon some jam into the belly button and finish baking.
