Grapes taste great pickled and hold their shape well. I have made them with both the Traditional Pickle Liquid and the Basic Fruit Pickle Brine with balsamic vinegar. The former tastes more of vinegar and is good with fatty meats like duck and pork. The latter is sweeter and goes better with cheeses or creamier vegetables such as parsnips and sweet potatoes. Scatter a few spoonfuls over a platter of roasted vegetables or roasted loin for your next weekend meal.
