While wine making is probably the most traditional grape preservation method, I have really taken to drinking unfermented grape juice as I’ve gotten on in age. The thick purple skins are rich in antioxidants, and mixing 1 part juice with 4 parts soda water is a real treat in the middle of winter when it’s all apples all the time.
