This is considered by many to be the best chocolate in the world. Chuao is the name of the plantation and the Venezuelan peninsula where the beans have been selected into a natural ‘cru’. For the first time these beans are processed in purity. The final result is a 70 per cent dark chocolate with great aromatic strength and the aroma of berries and exotic fruits.
