Tuna - Tinned

Bottled and tinned tuna fillets are often overlooked as being inferior to the fresh product. However, brands such Spanish Ortiz [available from Simon Johnson stores, see Suppliers] or Italian Crespi [available from Fratelli Fresh stores, see Suppliers] are really superior to supermarket versions. A true salade niçoise is made with bottled or tinned tuna.
