Corn

Of all the vegetables out there, I think most of us have a pleasant memory with corn. To me, it’s a reminder of warm summer evenings on the patio with mourning doves singing and mosquitoes bouncing in the lamplight. It’s a Fourth of July barbecue and an autumn run through a corn maze. Whatever your memory, corn is one of the most delicious signs of summer and fall.
