Ok, so I really believe that you should eat your spices, but I understand that life is sometimes too crazy. If that is the case, you should maybe take a turmeric supplement to keep it in your system. There are many good ones, but make sure you take one that is derived from organic turmeric, and has piperine (black pepper) in it. Also, take it with a bit of fat, so taking it at breakfast with your peanut butter on toast would work. I like the ease of an oral spay, which you can also find.
