Coconut Milk

To make coconut milk (also known as second extract coconut milk), repeat the coconut cream process (above), using coconut flesh that has already been blended and sieved once. Use filtered water if coconut water is not available. Coconut milk has a much thinner consistency than coconut cream. Use immediately, or freeze.
