  • About
Chinese sesame paste is made by grinding toasted sesame seeds. It is a grayish-brown color and is not to be confused with the light brown untoasted sesame paste of the Middle East called tahini. Chinese sesame paste is sold at Asian markets; tahini is sold at most supermarkets.
