Nonstick Oven Trays

While nonstick isn’t necessary, it can help with clean-up. Lining your baking trays with parchment paper or a Silpat sheet is also great for easy clean-up and helps make the trays last longer. You’ll need at least a couple of large baking sheets/oven trays.
