Mouli-Juliènnes

“Mouli-juliènne” is the trademark name for a simple gadget manufactured by the French “Moulinex” company. It is equipped with a series of removable discs for slicing and shredding. They are exported to America and there are also American equivalents. The electrical “robot-cutters” have attachments that will do the same work. The “medium blade” that is repeatedly recommended here transforms vegetables into cylindrical threads of about 1⁄10 to 1⁄12 of an inch in diameter.
