Hokkien Noodles

These round, medium-thick noodles originated in Malaysia, where they are a key ingredient in Hokkien Chinese and Nyonya cooking. Many of the hawker-style dishes are based on this noodle, which is made from wheat flour and has a distinctive golden-yellow colour.
