Served simply with rice, most of the recipes in this book are designed to make enough for two people. In a shared-meal situation, allow one dish for each two people, plus vegetables and rice. So, if you’re cooking for six, you should aim to serve three main dishes (soups, noodles, stir-fries, curries or braises), plus a vegetable dish and rice.
