Wok Spoon

There are two kinds of wok spoon: a flat fish-slice type of implement used for lifting seafood out of woks or steamers; and a shovel-like spoon that allows you to stir and toss ingredients to keep them moving, so they don’t burn in the fierce heat of the wok.
