Medium Noodles

Are about ⅛ inch (3 to 4 mm) in diameter when raw. They are the most all-purpose noodle, and resemble spaghetti. They’re sometimes known as lo mein. These noodles are often boiled ahead of time, rinsed, and drained for later use.
