  • About
Is made of roasted sesame seeds that are pressed until they expel deep golden aromatic oil. To preserve its unique flavor it tends to be used toward the end of the cooking process. Like peanut oil, there are neutral sesame oils. We will not use those oils in these recipes. Always look for bottles that indicate Asian toasted sesame oil. It should be the color of dark maple syrup, not light like corn oil.
