Rose water and orange blossom water

This is perfumed water made by steam-distilling rose petals or orange blossom leaves. The steam condenses into water, which is then collected and bottled. Small quantities of either rose water or orange blossom water is used in atter. The atter is then used as an ingredient in dessert recipes.
