Korean chilli powder

This ground sun-dried red chilli is a must-have spice for Korean cooking. The Korean variant is very different from any other type of chilli powder in terms of taste and piquancy, and milder than its Indian counterpart. It is normally only found in Korean food stores and larger Asian supermarkets.
